Refund & Returns Policy
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Any item not in original condition
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit only. Store credit will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
5. Return Shipping
Discreet420 (Pty) Ltd will cover return shipping costs for approved returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide proof such as images
